Accreditation
As with Certification, the next logical step is to recognize training institutions and programs that meet the industry developed Skill Standards.
Over the past two years, CPISC has undertaken research and consultations in order to develop a model. A number of institutions have already adapted their curricula and training programs in line with the standards.
Based on discussions with educational institutions and our government funder, the CPISC Board of Directors made the decision that CPISC not pursue Accreditation as the Program would not be financially sustainable.
It is hoped that the Program can be re-evaluated and rolled-out in the near future.
